Lord Save Me · letra

The wind was a howling and the waves were high The Man was a walking on the water but something was Holding me back, holding me back Something was holding me back, holding me
In the midst of darkness we could barely see A paralyzing fear was falling over me it was Holding me back, holding me back Something was holding me back, holding me
He said come out to Me (step out in faith) step out in faith and see (You know He said) Come out to me (step out in faith) step out in faith and see
As the Lord drew closer I released my fear I knew that close to Him was safer than I was right here, nothing's Holding me back, holding me back Nothing will be holding me back, holding me
I stepped in the water with my eyes on Him But I focused on the waves and the raging wind it started Holding me back, holding me back All of it was holding me back, holding me
He said come out to Me (step out in faith) Step out in faith and see (I said He said) Come out to me (step out on faith) Step out in faith and see
Lord save Me (please won't You save me Lord) Lord save Me (won't You save me Lord)
Life's not easy as the challenges come But I am still determined not to be undone nothing's Holding me back, holding me back I pray that nothing's holding me back, holding me (nothing's holding me back)
I'll go when He summons, I will live by faith Keep my eyes upon Him (keep my eyes upon Him) as I'm running this race (this race) nothing's Holding me back, holding me back Nothing will be holding me back, holding me
Jesus says "Come out to Me (when He calls you) Step out in faith and see (step out in Faith) (come on, come on out to Me) Come on out to Me (listen to the Lord) Step out in faith and see (step out onto the water) Come out to Me (step out in faith and see) (I know we've got to follow Him) Step out in faith and see (fix Your eyes on Jesus) Come on out to Me (listen to the Lord) Step out in faith and see (and I'm praying)
Lord save me (Please won't You save me, Lord) Lord save me (We're lost without you Lord) Lord save me (Please won't You save me, Lord) Lord save me (Please won't You help me, Lord) Lord save me (Listen to the Lord) Lord save me (Fix Your eyes on Jesus) Lord save me (Save me, save me Lord)
