Every week in the Sunday School You learn about right and wrong You study the scriptures To help your faith grow strong Come Monday morning when you're back in school Will your faith be strong enough to pull you through When you're tested by fire And temptation's all around Will you give in to the sin Or watch His grace abound When you're tested by fire It's His plan to purify Oh the fire, fire Will always bring you closer Closer to the Crucified Each and every day You have to make a choice Do you follow your own desires Or listen to His voice It's hard to stand your ground and face a compromise You just can't stand for truth if you give into lies
