The Lamb · letra

Chorus: It was the lamb That took my place It was the lamb God’s sent his grace It was the lamb Where would I be Oh I thank God for the Lamb. Yes I thank God for the lamb. Oooh ooooh oooooh
On a mountain many years ago Abraham needed a lamb and when death was knocking at the door. What saved God’s people was the blood of the Lamb. When the world was full of sin and shame Jesus died and became a lamb. Oh I thank God for the lamb. Oh I thank God for the lamb.
Where would I be without the blood of the lamb, I thank God for the lamb Oh I thank God for the lamb Yes, I thank for the lamb Where would I be, without the blood of the lamb Ohh I thank God for the lamb.
